The nest is almost empty
Our 20 year old (and youngest) son is moving out on his own on Saturday. I thought I wouldn't live to see the day. He's the last to leave the nest. For the first time in nearly 29 years, it's just my wife and I again. I think we may look at downsizing to a smaller place next year.
