Brand new all aluminum diamond plate cargo trailer with chrome wheels. New MSRP is $1800.00 To see a photo of this trailer go to http://www.americasbesttrailers.com/ Trailer is the AMT diamond model. I am asking $1000.00 negotiable. This trailer has maybe 50 miles on it. Garage kept since i have had it. If more info is needed send me a PM. Shipping can be discussed at a later date. Well i bought the trailer for two up but my wife seems to have lost interest in long distance rides so i might as well sell it

Bigsid, you should still plan long distance rides (especially with your friends that want to ride the rockies and the west coast

)

A lot of us probably have that problem. Here's what I am doing. My wife backed off from the long trips in part because of me getting rid of the Goldwing but in part just cause they are hard. But the compromise is: I'll fly her in for a week at one of the key interest points and she just uses the riding luggage in back pac mode for the flight.
What I save in gas, food and lodging in the week or two that it takes going back and forth (I don't need the fancy hotels or meals that she requires when she's with me and I can split a room with a buddy when i can get other riders to join in) save enough to pay for a plane ticket. I also take her on vacations to scout the ride so that she can get excited about then. Occasionally I get a "this would be a nice place to be on the motorcycle" comment from her and then I know I have a shot at some fun together. Toss that idea out to her?

We're actually flying to Albuquerque NM next week to scout out the Moab Utah area for my hoped next year trek to the Rockies on the Nomad. I hope to get some others two join in on that ride next year? ::)

Trosco, I still plan on doing long distance rides solo. I don't need the trailer just for my stuff. On the BRP ride i had more than enough stuff for a couple weeks in my T-Bags. Also i ordered a ECCO 3510 from LSH. So as far as another ride like the BRP ride i am in if it fits into my not so busy schedule.

Well bigsid i would buy it but I am in Nova Scotia, Canada. However I am comming to florida for the week of april but I would guess you don't want to wait till than?

It's a great trailer Caper. Mine pulls so well that I sometimes forget it's behind me. Total weight is about 175#. No bouncing at all with the torsion axles.

Sounds good cajun , Come April when I am in Florida I hope its still avaiable:):) I am also going to use the trailer for my wifes Miata. Not alot of trunk space in the car :):)
