question for electrical gurus
Just purchased and installed the admore lighting kit, tail/brake/turn function. The problem I have is that despite wiring as per the instructions I have the following issue,
Brake light works, get bright when brake applied, good running lights work fine. good turn signals work when turned on, amber light, good the issue is that when I use the turn signal and apply the brake, the turn signal goes bright amber and remains on, when I release the brake, it resumes flashing on low intensity as it should. I have no idea what the issue is as the wires are connected as they should be. Any thoughts as to what the problem could be?

I'm not familiar with the one you have (mine is the Kuryakyn version), but my first thought was............. Is the bike running when you check it? For what ever reason, when we install something like this, it doesn't function correctly unless the bike is running.

I don't think that is the issue but I am willing to try it, The lights work especially the turn signals so they are working fine except when I apply the brake.

so I disconnected the turn signal wires and the running light is okay and the brake light functions as it should, only seems to be when I hook the turn signals and doesn't seem to make any difference where I connect to, I have connected to the back turn signals, to the connector under the seat and still the same issue, so I am thinking that Luc may be right and for these particular lights I may need to put the equalizer in there to add some load.

I did email them and of course it being Canada, have to wait until Monday to get an answer. Might take a short video tomorrow and send it to them as well.

It's not bad/defective unit and you wired it wrong I believe and have the brake light wired into the turn signals.
FYI about LED lights and flasher relays.
Something like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/221789573568...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
