Places to go in Kalispell

Nickel Charlies for ham steak breakfast (or biscuits and gravy if you prefer) and Mooses for pizza and red beer.

We will be in Kalispell from the Saturday before the rally to the Sunday after. If anyone riding to Kalispell wants to meet somewhere along their route, we would be willing to meet up and ride into Kalispell with you. I will have a lap top with me and an IPhone so I have Internet access anywhere and can be gotten ahold of that way.

Winchester steak house next to Scottie's bar has some good slabs of beef. We are heading there on the 01Aug, leaving 06Aug so we'll catch up with ya there. There is a great old News Stand that serves a great hukkleberry milkshake, man I cant wait to get one of those. Might even have two lol.

CC,
We will be crossing the border on 93 enroute to Kalispell with a small group. We will be coming down from Banff, AB. If you feel like it, you could meet us in Eureka and ride back into Kalispell with us.... .

Why are you crossing at Eureka? Boring and ugly country to ride through. Why not leave Banff, go down Highway 40, that turns into 541, over the Highwood Pass, through the Kananaskis, hook onto 22 south that ends just west of Lundbreck on Highway 3. Go to Pincher Creek, head south to Waterton, and into the States at the Chief Mountain border crossing. You can go over the Logan Pass or through the Marias Pass from there but I would suggest over the Logan. Much more scenic ride. Your looking at a difference of 67 miles but a nicer ride.
