When do we all start praying for good weather?

Saturday morning and 6 days till wife and I ride toward Maggie Valley. I have this green bike that seems to attract rain, so I was thinking we should all coordinate our good weather prayers, chants, Native Indian dances, etc. I know everyone is eagerly waiting for the National Rally so give it your best!!!

A little rain never hurt anything. We could use some here in north Alabama. Been a while now.

I thought Indian dances were to cause rain.

When do we all start praying for good weather?

We need rain here in AZ. Multiple wildfires burning all over the place. One fire was 6700 acres on Wed, 40000 on Thu and surpassed 100000 acres yesterday. It's now the third largest fire in state history, with no containment in sight.

It is burning along hwy 191 near the town of Alpine, which has been evacuated, Hwy 191 is also known as the Coronado Trail and is probably the BEST motorcycle road in the state. :'(

We were planning a two day ride up 191 in early August, staying overnight at a lodge in Alpine. Now we don't even know if it will still be there.

Hope y'all in Arizona get more relief (both weather-wise and disaster declaration-wise) than Texas got.

As for the original question; I'd say now is a good time if you havent started already ;)

We had a good downpour most of the day here, tomorrow is supposed to be a nice day, then more rain on Monday.

The have issued health advisories here in Colorado Springs due to the smoke from that fire Scott. We're seeing a lot of it and it's pretty hazy here.

They're getting a lot of smoke in Albuquerque, too.

When do we all start praying for good weather?

Even with the high rivers, we are in an extended drought. Burn bans throughout the state. I know it's early but the extended forecast doesn't look very good in MV.

When do we all start praying for good weather?

What happen to the good ol days that everyone got their fair share? Either we have too much rain or none at all. It's hard to plant crops in a dust bowl and like here in Michigan ground too wet and it's June already. And then there are the farmers down the Mississippi that thought they had crops planted..

But I still prefer nice sunny days riding.
