If you are interested on how I created the custom housing/mounting for the 4-1/2 LED Auxiliary Lights lights, I can write up a parts list and high overview on a how-to.

I really want to know how you mounted the driving lights in please. One of my lens is cracked and might as well change those at the same time.

Maybe I am missing something but my Voyager is not plug and play for some reason. I have a Superbright LED headlight (same as your EVO) and must get the trim ring welded to the OEM bracket before I can mount.

It was not 100% plug and play for me either. Xlock and a few others seems to have no issues, I on the other hand has to do some trimming of the Headlight Ring for the LED headlight that you purchase separately that will rest within the original headlight ring.

I will write up a "how-to" for the 7" LED headlight as well as the 4-1/2" Auxiliary Lights including parts list I ended up using this weekend. I know I took some pictures while making the housing. I will see if I can fines them to include.

You do a how-to for fitting LED aux lights in place of the OEM spots and I'm subscribed! I've had a set on a shelf for a year or so now while I scratch out the remnants of my hair trying to figure out how I'm going to mount them.

Love the look of the dark auxiliary driving lights and think that would look amazing on my white vaquero so would love to see how you made your brackets as well

what no one has shown yet is how much you need to grind off the J W Speaker mounting bracket to get the stock outer trim ring to fit over it...... here ya go.
