Hey mate. My mother died 2 months ago,and to take his mind off it, i been keeping him busy fixing up old summer house's,that i then sell. He still wants his cut though, + he charges me for the materials,most of which he has had laying about in his yard for years.He has a big tin full of rusty,bent nails,that he straightens out in the vice,and files a new point on. I suppose i should be grateful that he's been a tight arse all his life,more for me to spend later.

I never figured out till now why some people will their estate to charities.

I figured out it was best if i had power of attorney over his estate.That way he cant,and the tax man dont get a look in either.
