I have to agree, the guy didn't think this through. I don't know what he is guilty of, I wasn't there. Although it sounds like the outcome has been preordainerd. However, if he did what he was told to do and did not pursue he would not have been charged with anything and going on about his life.

I've said it before, if you carry a deadly weapon you better think ahead of time just what would precipitate you drawing and using that weapon. Unlike the police, you are responsible where that bullet ends up. Even after it goes through the bad guy. Personally it would have to be a life and death situation, not somebody sneaking around in the neighborhood.

Again, Zimmerman stayed in his car when he was told to, none of this would have happened. The gist I get here from some of you is that Martin had it coming before Zimmerman ever got there and substitute the N word if it makes you feel better. So even though Zimmerman may have been justified in force, he only got to that point through his own erroneous actions.

By the way, Z was not told to stay in the car at any point that I can find. He was out of the car and the dispatcher asks him if he was following, he said yes, dispatcher said "We don't need you to do that"...dispatcher did not say DONT DO THAT...never said DONT GET OUT OF THE CAR. Just to keep the facts straight.

I don't know what the outcome of this is going to be... wasn't there but I do know that facts were hidden, pictures were manipulated and the truth is slowly coming out that it isn't exactly as was portrayed originally about a poor minority youth being hunted down and shot by a racist wanna be cop.

It's not his job and its neighborhood watch,not neighborhood arrester or interdicter. Was it even his neighborhood? He got what he got because of lack of good judgement. Same for Martin.
