2010 rally information

OK, This is the story, everything sounds good to go with a majority rules vote.
1. everything is paved, no frigin stones for Beezer
2. trolley to town
3. 3 picnic tables with 3 grills
4. IF! rates go up for next year it will only be 2 or 3 dollars
5. Group discount, he said he can do 10% for the time of year
(7/29/2010 - 8/1/2010)
6. he will need to know how many people / rooms by the
beginning of January.

9. Personally, I fell good about it. And that come from a
skeptical me.
10. If this flies then post, PM, e-mail, or call one another about
roommates and what kind of room. then I think we should post it under a new thread called something like "Who's shacking up"

Ooops, I missed the beginning of the thread, but from the looks of the rooms, this will occur at Lake George. Will it coincide with Americade? I go there, and if so, would like to meet any Kawanow people.

Cindy and I and a friend and his wife took a 325 mile trip today. We were 30 miles from Lake George so we decided to take a look at the rooms at the Motel.
They are real nice, clean and the shower is actually higher than my head. Thats a plus as far as I am concerned.
I think we will be very happy with the accommodations.
Oh yeah, the last 100 miles of todays ride were in the freekin rain and 45 of those miles were after dark in the rain.

In the rain at night talk about hardcore bikers. Hell I would of stayed at the motel.

Thats great that you got to check out the rooms there Tim, Im really looking forward to next years rally already.
That rib place sounds like a good spot also. I love BBQ ribs.
Theres a place in Erie Pa. that I always stop at when Im there, and Ive never been disapointed yet.

I just called to book my room at the Fran Cove motel and they said that they are not accepting any bookings for rooms until Jan 1st 2010. Just thought Id pass it along.
