Smoke-Out is going on it's 13th year I think. I spent a few years on the East coast and I heard this event is legendary. If my bike gets finished in time, I was considering this trip (me leaving from IL) if a few others wanted to go. My posture SUCKS on my bike though, and I can only go 60-100 miles at a time without a rest. A little concerned about a 900 mile one-way ride. It would be cool to be part of that group though.

Try a rider backrest, and you made need some ergonomic adjustments to your bars and maybe some highway pegs. No motorcycle is one-size-fits-all, some adjustments are needed for most people.

I do want some highway pegs, probably one of the first investments this summer. I am sure it's the ergonimics. I slouch anyways, combine that with a low bike and apes, ends up with a sore back. I love the feel and look of the setup though.
