Utah Motorcyclist's blog

I have recently started a new blog. It's obviously a work in progress, but I plan to document my impressions of popular Utah Motorcycle roads. If you want to fallow the blog, here is the link.

Checked out your blog recently. Amazing how you and your passenger have went all the places you went with so little luggage! I always do trips solo, and have considered getting a trailer to pull. Maybe I should be packing a little lighter! lol

We only carry enough cloths for 5 days. We both get one saddlebag and then I bag on back is full of camping stuff, etc. It might also help that were both small people.

There are a few new paint pictures on my blog. I know several of you have asked me about this and when I get the bike completely reassembled I will post more about it.

Well based on the pictures I've seen, that bike is going to look mighty nice! But I also like RED! Keep us posted.

Nice Jared! I'm hoping that my dad and I, a few friends (and whoever else wants to go) will be able to do the same ride you and your buddies did up through Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and down the 101 and back to Utah next summer sometime. I'll be sure and get in touch with you for any planning tips you might have. I enjoyed the links to your blogs for your big trips as well! I'm picking up my '08 Nomad on Thursday and can't wait to get riding. Upgrading from my '95 Concours, should be a nice change. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for starting the blog... a dedicated trip to ride southern utah is on my bucket list. I'd like to find just the right "base camp" in order to pin wheel out... Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce, North Rim.... will eagerly wait for your advice.
