Front and Rear Fenders
They are different. The front fenders, although they will accept the same fender tips, the bolt on patterns are different. On the rear fenders, they are two completly different animals.

Front and Rear Fenders
Take a look at my sig pic. The rear fender on the 1500 is wider and flatter and sticks further out than on the 1600. The front fender is the same on both.
