Nice looking bike! And its good to see that you use the bike rather than have a garage queen. Youve got more miles already than some guys do in six or seven years.

Nice Bike... Did you put the D / R communications and Ipod adapter on?

Yes, I did. real easy plug and play. Kawasaki has all the wires in place to add all the accessories so no routing wires across the entire bike.

I bought the Kawazaki communication system at the end of the season (rider/passager+other motocycles communication)
I haven't used or tried it yet.
Then I bought the Garmin Zummo 665 (Xmas)
Would you happen to know if it's difficult to relay the GPS to the systeme?? I mean, I need to hear the GPS through the communication system

The 665 has an audio out jack so you can buy the MP3 adapter K10400-041 for the bike and hardwire the GPS into the stereo system. You will either need to extend the wire or buy an extension from an electronics supply store. You can run the wire in through the left side of the fairing where the support brace enters and feed it into the left pocket where the adapter connects. Then you set the bikes radio on "Aux" and use the Zumo to listen to music and turn by turn directions. The music will pause while the GPS provides directions. You just have to be careful not to be talking with your passenger while the GPS is trying to tell you a turn is coming up because the intercom takes precedence over the stereo.

Enjoy your new toys.

Sharp bike and a lot of riding. You have had your bike a year less that me and have 6,000 more miles on it.

Thanks. I rode 24,000 miles in 2011, and have exceeded 20,000 miles a year the past 5 years. Once the last one went off to college. I have ridden almost every road between Tennessee and the Gulf Coast.

I hear you. Picked up the '09 Nomad with 1775 miles on it this fall for trade in price. It does make it hard to buy new, but sometimes that perfect bike comes along and you just have to go for it. That was the '10 Voyager for me. So far no regrets. They still haven't come out with a color or features I wish I would have waited for.

Marvella's Passenger grab Rails

Where did you buy that equipment?
Also, thanks for the information in regards to GPS installation.

Nice looking bike Twowheel...

Wish I had the time you do to ride that much. Maybe some day... soon I hope!

Oh yeah... this thread will eventually drift as well... so prepare yourself.
