1st annual Turkey Dodge

The Twin Cities Victory Riders held their 1st annual Turkey Dodge today and I am happy to report that it was a success, no turkeys were hit. We had 2 members hit turkeys this riding season so during an evening of drinking some of the guys came up with this idea. The temp was 41° when I left home at 9:30 this morning and 58° at 5:45 this afternoon when I got home. Put 250 miles on riding some of our favorite twisted roads in bright cool sunshine, beautiful day to be riding. Hope all of my NCR friends got out for a ride today.

58 F is OK but 41F is a bit on the chilly side to be riding

I am glad you didn't harm any turkeys as the PETA crazies would be on here chastising you and you riding buddies

When I read the title with turkey and dodge in it, I thought you were speaking badly of someone on here.

Sounds like a fun reason to have a ride, it was 32 when I left for work at 6:30 this morning,its nice and brisk so I'm wide awake when I get here.
