I use vice grips on terminals to give me something to hold onto since Ive got arthritis in my hands. If it’s the plug in type wiring with the silicone end it’s sposed to be there. Not sure what it goes to.

I also have 2 extra wires that are disconnected in there (on left side) that I can't identify. They are not part of the harness that go over the battery. There is a female clamp that I assume they go into but I don't know what they would be running.
Any help?

If you make a big loop by using several zip ties (or just use a large zip tie) through the battery terminals you still cant pull the battery out ?

Could the extra wires be for an aftermarket fuel processor, a battery tender, a GPS or a cigarette lighter socket on the handlebars ? Presumably there are also extra wires on the right side as well if there are some on the left side ?
