Very nice! How much did it end of costing you? By the way moved to DFW from Knoxvegas about 7 years ago. Miss riding the Smokies!

While working on this one I found another great deal on craigslist. So I bought it. A 2006 nomad 1600

I had looked at some after market wheel but the cost and modifications were extreme. The cost were close to $3000 a pair. Sold in pairs only

WOW!!!! Is all I can say. I too bought an 02 1500. Same colour. As with you I am not crazy about that colour. I have plans this fall to do much the same as you. Taking off the painted parts and getting a new colour. What you did with all the metal though is great inspiration. Thanks for the story and pics. I now look forward to what my toy can aspire to be.
