Gentlemen:

I am putting my 2008 Nomad up for sale. There will be another bike in the garage, not yet sure what that will be, but before that happens, this one needs to go.

Have been looking at something along this line............ :)

Asking $8500.00, with the accessories shown- Scootworks trunk, Russel seat, Audiovox Cruise Control, CWI fog lights, so on and so forth.
10,200 miles, purchased new, late Dec. 2008.

Wow, that is a great price for that bike!!

BUT, if you are serious about what your are thinking about buying in it's place I suggest you slow down and get some counselling. Maybe the short days of winter are messing with your mind. Don't make any rash decisions.

Hey Cajun-

Everything seems to be working on this end- the only pictures in my post are of the relic Honda 70, and of my Nomad. Ooops- I guess you mean you can't view Photobucket while at work. My bad.

Really not entirely sure... the technology and horsepower and blah blah of the latest Concours appeals to me. I've also become somewhat enamored with off-road riding- something with about a 39 inch seat height, 250 lbs, and 60 HP. lol OK, not quite that extreme...!

If I do get something different, hopefully it'll be something that will allow me to utilize the Idaho Jack Adapter..... hahahah

I had a Concours right before I got my Nomad. I put 250 miles on it and hated every mile of it.
I riding position, I felt like I was standing on my hands all the time. Sold it for more then I paid for it though. So that worked.

That's a sweet bike. It would be much faster without all the red paint slowing it down. Nonetheless - you've done a great job customizing it and I hope you get a good price for it.

I have to admit to some surprise that you would be selling your Nomad! I know you went to great lengths to get it how you like it...but....certainly you are the one who gets to decide what you ride.
