Torque speifcations

Well finally installed my lowering links and need some help. Who can tell me what the Torque is on the shock mount bolts and for the saddle bag mounting rack?
Quite impressed so far with a measuring tape but the real story on how much difference it makes will be when I can sit on it with my boots. It would be real nice if I can reach the ground.

Shocks 25 ft lbs
Saddle bag 18 ft lbs
