..Only time i'v ever used my road Side Assistance Insur...was the time I ran my Big Assed Bike out of gas, (02 nomad..dry @225 miles)..at 2:am in south east Oregon..one 29 degree star lit night !...thanks to my cell phone -and coverage- , I got a gallon of gas delivered about 3:am by an old tired and sleepy cow boy, in a ragged datsun pickup truck..with a Aussie Cattle dog riding shot-gun !

60 K aint nothin for a Nomad. I had 104 K on my 1500 and it still runs like "a scalded dog"! I have heard of some going strong at even 250 K miles!

Just regular maintenance on this bike, never installed cam tensioners even though I had them sitting on the shelf, never needed them, I pulled the plug tubes out to check, and had very little wear.

My 02 has 129,000 on it and runs great. Maintained regularly.
Just went to bike week in Daytona. Ran 75-80 going and coming.
No problem. Cam chain extenders have been added.

I wouldn't worry about a long ride on yours..the mileage is low.
