Wink Should I Sue For The Full Inheritance?

I received this e-mail this morning. I'm being offered 40% of the total sum.
Should I sue for the full amount? What do you think?

Dear Gerry,

My name is Mr. Kossivi Daniel Atta, am writing to you because of our deceased customer Late Engr. Matthew Magnus Martineau, who was a citizen of your country, an oil Merchant to the Federal Government of Lome-Togo, who died abroad on the 10th of September 2008 in an Iran Earthquake.
In my department, I discovered an invoice sum of USD $16,000.000.00 (Sixteen Million United States Dollars) belong to late Engineer: Matthew.
I'll be happy to know if you are interested in this business?
I promise to offer you 40% from the total sum for your efforts and assistance. Another 20% of the total inheritance funds shall be used to establish a charity foundation or children’s hospital.
40% will be for my family and I. Please if you are interested in this transaction, I will advise you to write me at this email: (danielatta3@hotmail.com ) or you forward yours to me for more details and directives..
Yours Sincerely, Mr. Kossivi Daniel Atta.

Gerry I would write back something smart ass.
I had almost the same letter a few years back, help sneak an inheritance out of the country. I wrote I would be happy to help but worried about scams and to show his good faith please send $2000 in Canadian $1 currency and gave a false address.
Was he mad, that I should be soliciting money from him!
We went back and forth for several days and I insisted that all transactions should be in Canadian $1's to not raise suspicion. He never clued in that the $1's in Canada are heavy coins called loonie's, not to memtion the cost to ship large #'s in coins.

You would be amazed at how many people get conned by this kind of thing,we had a tv programme recently, with dozen's of these muppet's telling how they had sent thousand's of £'s to the Nigerian spear chucker's, believing they would get million's in return, some of them re-mortgaged their house's to raise the money.

Mick, it seems I get a couple of these a month. There must be a lot of people
falling for this crap, for them to continue with it.
