‘03 Nomad 1500 not starting

Bought a used bike a while back and the thing ended up breaking down on me right after i bought it. To this point I’ve replaced the clutch spring and battery. Now, when I try to start the bike, I get one solid, loud click. THen nothing. All electronics and lights come on, but the bike will not turn over. I replaced the starter relay yesterday without success. Any ideas?
