Reckless fairing stereo install

Here are pictures of my install. Hopefully they will be self explanatory. I had originally hoped to install an amp but after trying a couple different ones, actually like the last one, but I was having problems installing it in the fairing.....not enough room I told my self I could live with one for now at least. The receiver is a 240W head so it still puts out a lot. I have another set of handle bar speakers that I can install by the tour pak for more sound. I have the wires running already just need to hook up the speakers to it.

You should have been able to fit a small amp right on top of the radio, mine had just enough room, but it was on a HD fairing.

I will figure out something later and yeah you might have more room on yours with amps I was trying to put in! It was taking away from my riding time!

Nicely Done.

On Crystals trike the small amp I had fit right on top of the stereo.
But with the wattage output you have you probably won't need one.
I think you posted it somewhere, but what brand/model stereo did you get?

I went with the cheapest one I could find. with a remote. I went with this one: Pyle PLR34M

Looks like a real nice job....enjoy. On another subject RDL starts my seat build on Friday. I was hoping to get it back before Antlers but I don't think that's going to happen. Thanks again Amin.

I have a clarion amp and it's mounted under the stereo. I put it there as I didn't want extra weight on top of the stereo adding to the bounce.
