Good to hear! My dad and I made it back to my house a few hours ago. He'll leave tomorrow morning for his house. Great to see everyone!

I didn't have a lot of pictures, but here's the link to what I have:

My wife and I made it home as well... in fact... well-done from the mid-90's heat! Face is a bit burnt, and now I have raccoon-eyes from my glasses!

Enjoyed seeing everyone, old and new.

Jay, it was good to see you and your father again. Thanks for posting some photos.

We had a great bunch of skilled-riders at this rally, and it was a pleasure to ride with them.

Also, for the record, since I was on my Spyder, Jay never waved at me

I made it home @ 12:30 yesterday. I had a great time riding and meeting new people and seeing old friends again. Many thanks to Greg Wilson for all of his efforts to make this a great rally that will be talked about for many years to come.

Yup, all is well, except my sunburned lower lip. Got home safe. Rode most of the way home with Rasta, Cecilia, and Greg H. We bonded new friendships on this rally. We made some very interesting and fun stops on the way home.

A special thanks to Ross for sharing rooms together. Another new friend! This guy is a wealth of information! A good man, indeed!

Stretch has a new story to tell his grandkids someday and we are all glad that all is well with him. Prayer works, especially on that tight curve near Coon Creek.

My best wishes to all on this bright summer day in central Iowa!

Made it home around 1 pm yesterday, nice ride home. It was fun seeing Jay and his dad several times on the route and riding with them for a short while. I did stop on the way to see if a rider on the side of the road needed help, he had flashers on and riding very slow down the shoulder. He thought he had a steering bearing just go out and was afraid it would lock up on him, heard grinding and felt weird. I was going to follow him to an exit which we could actually see a mile up the road. A state trooper pulled up behind us, which I quickly turned off my bike, taking no chances with the "letter of the law" with not having my headlight working (spots were fine). He told the guy he couldn't ride on the shoulder at all. Had to go minimum of 45mph or get towed. He decided to ride it, I followed him but when got to the exit he told me to pass him and keep riding, we rode together for about 40 miles. When we stopped he said it was his speedometer cable that got stuck and was getting chewed up which was the grinding sound. He pulled off to call his buddy about not bringing the trailer. Rest of the ride was nice and peaceful. I have a small list of things to do on my bike but I'm glad for all the help and advice from everyone at the rally. I had a great time.

"Small list of things to do on my bike" My list got longer at the rally too. Lots of new ideas!

Toby and I pulled into our neighborhood about 4:30 Sunday afternoon, was about a 370 mile ride. Really enjoyed meeting you all and hope to meet up again sometime. Thanks to the organizers and everyone's hospitality!

My wife is always complaining I only take pictures of "stuff", not people, and this held true on this trip as well. Someone did use my camera to take a picture off us Vaquero guys, and I threw in a couple others below as well.

Hey Jay, if you are looking for something like Jen suggested, I have an extra one of these if you would be interested.

http://www.saddlemen.com/index.php/e...ounting-system

However, I will tell you it didn't work well with the stock Vaquero seat, that's why I ended up having the rack made. The seat is just too rounded on top and narrow in the back to hold a bag well. Anyway, not sure what $$$ you would have in your shock pressure deal, perhaps a trade? :)
