I thought about those, and ended up getting a custom made set from PH Customs. I had them make the chaps like the ones with no highway pegs on the bars, then cut out just enough to clear the highway pegs to where my are mounted. Delinda is really great to work with, and the quality is top notch.

Just got the plain ones ($59). Easy install, easy to keep clean, look good, great service. Also bought their tank bibb.

Good Luck!

+1 for phcustoms and Delinda. I've bought her tank bib also & saddle bag chaps too.

Ya got to admitt, those with the ss snaps are a good idea. I had to replace the velcro on my lower straps with brass snaps. It seems the velcro wears out fast.

I like the airlite to radco. Good grief the price has wet up a little since I bought mine! :-/ But I like the screen across the radiator as it keeps the chaps tight and neat looking. :)

I also have and like the air lites. I'm not familiar with Delinda's, but if they are like air lites, you should like them also.

I use mine just to keep cold air off me. I know they keep water spray from the road off too, but I take mine off as soon as it gets warm and leave them off till the next winter. The gap in the ones you posted look like they would let a lot of cold air through the gap between the chap and radiator.

In warmer weather, maybe that would let you use them a little longer, but in frigid weather, not so good.
