Engine Gaurd/Highway Bar Size?

I'm wasn't sure where to post this, and if it's already out there, then I apologize for the repeat.

Does anyone know the diameter of the engine gaurd/crash bar/highway bars on the 1600 Nomad, 2005. I can look when I get home this evening, but thought I'd take a chance and see if I could get an answer before I left work. Thanks for the help.

The Nomad front crash bars are 1.25", the rear bars are 1.125".

Hey CJ, I appreciate it. I'm about to buy some highway pegs off of ebay. They fit 1" - 1.25" and I just wanted to make sure I could use them.

So far as I know search has never worked very well on this site, so we are pretty much used to getting the same questions asked again.. To me it lets a new guy be known anyway.

There is recent changes, with a tech room, that I am just finding out about, and will be a nice feature for related info too.

That section is just below this garage section. Your answer wouldn't likely be there either yet.

This is just my way to say Hi.. I am just another poster around here too.
