Will you buy?

Just curious. It probably would depend on specifics of the new bike in some cases, as well as how financing might go for others but thought about this after the other threads on the topic. Some here seem pretty eager, but not looking for personal details about the decision. I'm still stuck on mine pretty much just as she is, just not interested in a bigger bike at this time.

No I love this thing, and it seems you always have to give them a couple trial run years to work the bugs out and get some decent accessories out for it. I would wait a couple years until there are a few used on the market.

Me, I love the style I have in the 06 Nomad. I have added a trunk already so I am most of the way there.

I don't care what Kawasaki comes out with, I'm not going to run out and dump my '07 for it. Maybe a couple of years down the road when I might be wanting to upgrade, but I'm in no hurry.

Lucille and I have some serious mileage to log before I'll be ready for a new bike. She's just a spring chicken at 11,600 in a year. I decided shortly after I got her that I'd put 100K+ on and then look for a new bike. I missed my mileage target this year by a bit, but with the National rally next year I ought to catch back up.

It would probably be my next bike, but not for a couple of years when my Nomad has a lot of miles.

Love my 06 Nomad. I've got 36,000 miles on it, so eventually will need to trade. I'd wait to let the new bike get the bugs worked out then compare it with the Nomad. Not interested if significantly lower gas mileage or shorter range on a tank.

Not a chance. I think the Nomad looks like a motorcycle should look. Windshield, hard bags, all the accesories I have added and it's a VTwin.

I must say I agree... like my 07 too much to change now.

Voted yes, but not the 1st year. I'd watch it for a few years to see some history on it before getting one.

Wanted a Nomad for four years. Bought an '07, new in the box, in February of '08. LUV it! Maybe down the road I'll be looking at another bike. I still love "The Shark,' the H-D Road Glide, but except for the possible addition of a trunk and leg fairings, I'm very happy with my Nad. Put about 110 miles on her earlier today. :^)
