Mount Rushmore viewed from Iron Mountain Highway.
Going there tonight to see what the light show thing is.
I hear it is no where as good as the one we saw at Crazy Horse last night.

Because your footer still shows the 07, I just wondered...

WY and SD, two favorite states of ours, the Crazy Horse is quite amazing, isn't it? There was an Indian bike in 2011 where you probably took the photo of that "ambulance" bike. Did you see the Devil's Tower?

You guys covered a lot of miles in this trip. It must be time for routine maintenance.

Thanks for the photos.

Hey Tim, glad you are enjoying your trip back home nice and slow. So, what did you think of Iron Mtn Road? That is probably my favorite road in the hills.

But they wouldn't hold more than 7 or 8 pounds before they overflowed. What's up with that?

Sounds great!

Is Milwaukee, WI on your route riding back home? There's a museum there, too.

Ride safe

Sorry about the blindside Tim but Elvis just teed that up perfectly and I couldn't resist.

You have seen a lot on this trip. I would be curious when you got home to hear your "ranking" of your trip highlights. Best roads, best town, best landmarks, etc.

Ride safe and it was great meeting you and Cindy.

P.S. Could you keep those noisy pipes down. Those are loud next to my bike.

We saw the National Motorcycle Museum and stopped at Antique Archeology yesterday.
Not real impressed with either.
National Motorcycle Museum does not even come close to the Barber museum in Alabama and the Antique Archeology store is way smaller than it looks on TV. Of course Danielle was not there but didn't expect to see any of the TV people
Will post pics when we get home.
In Illinois now and heading home. Going to get our asses wet today and tomorrow for sure
