Tighten Rear Wheel Adjusters After tightening Rear Axle Bolt?

What do you folks do to the adjusters after tightening the rear axle? do you tighten them down? How tight?

Once they're adjusted so your belt tension and alignment is exactly right - you just tighten up the lock nut on the adjuster. Don't move that adjusting nut (the front one) even a fraction of a millimeter or it'll affect the alignment.
