Vaquero with Roaring Toyz mods

I just finished all the mods, and I must say a "Thank You" to the idiot that ran the stop sign and laid my bike down. If it wasn't for you, non of these mods would have been possible.... All joking aside, there is never anything funny about a crash involving a bike. Good news is I walked away without a scratch, but my Vaquero on the other hand didn't fare so well....

Mods:
21" front wheel kit - Roaring Toyz
13" Ape Hangers Kit - Roaring Toyz
Billet Open Breather - Roaring Toyz
Exhaust - Vance and Hines
Amp and Speaker upgrade - Hog Tunes
LED Light Kit
Billet Hand grips
And painted by me using Plasti-Dip

All body damaged parts replaced with OEM parts prior to mods...

I can't decide if I should have painted the front fender? Any thoughts?

Looks good. How do you like the plastic dip? Did you use the clear enhancer over the black?

Fender looks good like it is, I would not change the paint.

The 21" ride

Hey man bike looks great!

So it looks like you didn't modify the fork or rake on the front end to add the 21". Seems real close to the grill.

How is the ride with the 21" versus the stock?Did a very similar to a 2011 Street Glide I owned and never likes the ride after that too springy in the front end.

Now have a new 2014 vaquero Se and looking to customize. Just wondering if I should go with the new wheel set up.

Looking forward to your reply.

Welcome to the new members.
I love the bike.

JMO, you have enough black but on the front fender I would do a silver
and black stripe in a V on the front of it.

First of all, Thanks all of you for your comments.....

There were no changes to the front for the 21" wheel. The kit came with wheel, tire plus DINA BEADS, and brackets to raise fender. I have only put a few miles on it since the change, and have not noticed much of a difference at all in performance. At slow speeds, the front steers heavier than before, but at speed, I can't tell any difference.

The Plasti Dip was straight out of the spray cans bought at Home Depot, I just took my time allowing it to dry between coats, and did not reinstall on the bike until next day. It is very durrable once cured.

I think I am DONE, for now anyways......time to ride and enjoy!!!

You don't by any chance have pictures of those spacers, do you? Does anyone? I would love pictures and measurements off the bike, but am pretty sure if anyone could get some up close pics of them on the bike, I could reproduce them.
