TALIMENA RIDE UPDATE!!

The Talimena ride is on! Oct. 16th 17th and 18th!! We will use the Antlers Budget Inn as the base motel, when making reservations tell them you are with Kawanow to get the room for $40 tax included!. The schedule will be as follows on the 16th we will ride Talimena trail leaving the motel at appx 8:3o am, lunch will be at either the Queen Wilhemina lodge or Papa Poblanos in Mena AR. Group choice. The ride length will be appx 250 miles. Oct 17th we will ride to Robbers Cave State Park and enjoy a day of classic cars and hot rods at their annual show, about 500 cars show for this event, lots of vendors and entertainment., we will leave the motel at 8:30 am. Oct 18th will be a day of relaxation and mingling, I will be firing up the grill for some great bbq, chicken, ribs, brisket and sausage and all the drinks you want including BEER, all on me. Lets make this happen and we will all have a great time. Also if you need any other info please feel free to call me at 580-364-2393 if I dont answer leave a message I will return your call. Just booked for Thursday - Saturday nights, Oct. 15th, 16th and 17th. I'll ride up from Lindale on Thursday afternoon and leave to come home Sunday afternoon.

well had lots of plans to attend this event, however father in law diagnosed with cancer and receiving treatment in little rock. B busy taking care of farm and such. Ya'll enjoy;)

I'm pretty new to KawaNow but I was thinking what a better way to me everyone. So I'm going to make reservations for the 16th.17th and the 18th.
So if you all see some strange character coming up to talk it will probably be me.
I've been lurking around here long enough it's time to introduce myself and get involved.
