A Wing is going to run from $21K to $25.5K depending on what you want, that is MSRP. ABS is around $24K.

Vin,
I was able to read the write-ups in Road Bike (Jan/Feb edition) and MotorCyclist (don't know the edition), but each were only three or four paragraphs and were more of a "new bikes for '09" type of thing. Both had good reviews, but I bet neither had put a leg over. I think it will be a little while until we get our first road review.

Prices are up on the Kawasaki page. Voyager goes from $16,799 to $17,899. Nomad $14,399 to $14,699.

I shouldn't have changed my first estimate for the top-line Voyager at $18k as that is basically where it ended up being set at. I am a bit disappointed; considering the negative reviews on the "flimsy-plastic" bags and fairings.

Although; some stated on a post that the flimsy-ness was by design for durability -- but I am going to have to see it first before I buy it.

The bikes at shows were prototype models, not actual production models so the flimsyness may be gone. While at the Phoenix show I spoke with a Kaw rep and he pointed out some of the crudness that will be cleaned up in production. I was impressed.

Vin,
I received my Motorcycle Cruiser magazine (February 2009) issue last week, and it has a three page write-up on the new 1700's. You can even check it out online. Much of the online article is the same as what appears in the mag (even though this article was originally written sometime in September). Take a look.
Keep your head down, bro,
Rich
