So change it. The windshields for the older FL fairings are plentiful (and cheap). It's the fairing itself that's difficult to find. You can try Cee Baileys, Clearview, Madstad, Harley, or make your own. Remove the one on there now and trace the pattern (adding or subtracting any height you want) onto a similar piece of Lexan/plexiglass. Tape it up, cut it out with a jigsaw then tint it in whatever shade or color you want. Easy-peasy.
