South Florida "Good old boys" Festival Ride

Ride to the Cabbage Swamp Festival in LaBelle Florida.
Note they served alligator, swamp cabbage salsa, and held armadillo races. Temps in the low 80's for my northern brothers. Good old time by all.

South Florida "Good old boys" Festival Ride

Lived down here a long time (1968) and never saw this festival! Try the Grant seafood on the east coast too and I heard Belle Glade had a sweet corn festival too. The corn that grows in that dirt is amazing.
Delray has a garlic festival but too many people down there for us. We like to go to the 'Retreads" run to Christmas Fla in December to mail your cards. Then they are postmarked "Christmas Florida"! Then we have a bunch of Chili and mosey on home.
Hope you had a good time.
