Visit to the South Florida VA National Cemetery

I visited the South Florida VA National Cemetery today. Since it is only about 4 miles from my house I am a frequent visitor. It is a somber yet relaxing place for me. Some people think it's a little strange to visit often but I enjoy looking at and reading the headstones of these wonderful folks. I think I have visited every section but I always find new and interesting stuff. Anyway, I hope you guys like the pics......

I didn't realize the VA let you inscribe non-official comments on Government Issue tombstones. Now I have to start thinking what I'm going to have on mine.

I really enjoyed the pictures. There isn't a national cemetery near me or I would definitely visit. I do visit all the local cemeteries around. Here is a nice link if you want to find cemetery information. You can look up or add your relatives and look up the rich and famous. www.findagrave.com
