What's up with the embedded SPAM in postings???

Anyone else seeing this? Words in the thread are darkened and if you run the mouse over them, they are links to SPAM.... Hope Trip sees this and can get rid of it?

I don't think it is on the site itself. I would bet you have some kind of spyware on your PC.

Yeah, I'm not seeing this. do you have Spybot or Adaware or something similar that checks for malware? Those are both free, and I'd suggest running one or the other. (If you run both, they tend to detect each other, so I wouldn't run both.)

I use spybot and adaware as well, but here is one that caught a couple problems for me recently that adaware missed.

I had a trojan that was redirecting me to another website and this free program fixed it. Give it a try, its very easy to use.

Yep, you have some extree special software that has been added to your web browser for you.

I use Webroot SpySweeper. Definitely worth the expense.

Ron, I don't know what specific posts you're seeing them in, but I haven't seen a single on on my computer.

Nothing for me, and I run a old dell hell, from 2000, with win 98 se on a 56 k mo-dumb, with no sweepers what so ever. I use Avast for the rest of the junk...

So If I don't have the spam.... well you simply do, and on 2 systems.

Yep. Never get spamed here. I agree something like Spybot or some thing is what you need.
