New Helmet Law in California?

This will be interesting to see if California bikers will become Sikhs and wear turbans instead of helmets.

If a Turban is what Sikhs are allowed to wear that is fine with me.
Personally I will stick to a full face helmet.

Riding with kickstand down, might want to loosen that turban a notch.
