Posting issue

I recently was allowed to change my user name. I tried to post a new thread in electrial subforum and it wouldnt let me. Said i didnt have permission, possibly a activation prob. Any ideas?

Those Technical sub forums are for reading only. We want the posts there to be easily found and not cluttered up with comments. They contain how to info, and part numbers etc, meant to be found easily without being buried in thousands of posts. If you want to comment on a topic or have any questions, you have to choose another forum for open discussion. Its been set up like this since the beginning.
