Finally, the look I wanted

After many changes and riding 10k miles in 6 months, this is the look I wanted for my bike.

Since you're going solo, are you going to leave the passenger floorboards on? Kind of a hole there without them, but you definitely won't be using them. Sweet ride!

I'm a fan - been thinking about it for my solo setup as well, only using the 'razor' style low profile trunk. That would be an aesthetic choice not a practical one. Yours looks like the ultimate in comfort and room - NICE!

I've gotten used to the 'holes' after I removed my pass floorboards but it sure did bug me at first. I never could think of something practical to fill the space that would look like it belonged there, but I just had an idea - small cylindrical tanks to hold compressed air for horn or suspension use, air-ride seat, curbside tire checks, etc. Small Nitrous tanks would look cool too, and maybe get you in some real trouble if functional.

Really like how the trunk is painted, looking to do similar to mine. How did you finish off the back of the trunk?

CallDavid,
