Todays ride.
I had a ride through the Newforest today,about 60 miles or so.I met a bloke with a Chinese dirt buggy,at the Old Mill Inn.He told me about an off road course not far from my home,i will be having a look at that next weekend. Click on the link below for my route.

I will be doing another Distinguished Gentlemens Ride next month.Its a worldwide thing that raises awareness of prostate cancer.I was on the first one,this was last years Bournemouth ride.

Excellent video . I really enjoyed it . I have ridden in the "ride for dad" a few times . I have a great time and it's for a really good cause .
