Smile Vaquero Special Edition

I have been looking at the 2012 Vaquero Special Edition model. Was wanting to know from those who have them how do you like them? Any complaints? I really like the lime green color and have seen them in the sunlight and think they really look sharp. Please share any helpful infomration you may have. I currently have a 2006 Nomad Silver/Green model and really like it and the way it handles but would like to find out more about the 2012 Vaquero SE. Thanks.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the only difference between a Vaquero and the "Special Edition" the color?

From their website

• Deluxe two-tone Candy Lime Green with Ebony paint complemented by a custom marbleized paint graphic for a distinctive look

I think he just wants to know about the Vaquero in general.
He was just stating he likes the SE for the color.

That's what I thought, paint is the only difference.

That is correct. I was asking SE owners how they liked their bikes.

I know of only one member here with the green Vaquero. You'd get more replies asking any Vaquero owner about their bike since the difference with the SE is purely cosmetic.

Have a green Nomad... It's okay, the downside is finding say a replacement fender... For that aspect nothing beats black or whatever the most popular configuration is.

I have the exact bike you're looking at and love it. I replied with a little longer response to your post in the other folder :) but these guys are right, the only difference in the SE is the color so ANY vaquero owner can give you the rundown on the bike.

The lime green SE is faster and has a tendency to attract people every time I stop!

I will have a vaquero one day, And it will be green.
But I think I will paint it something different.

Good choice in color. Everyone is correct the only thing that makes it special is the color, which it is as you can see.
