turn signal lenses

I ride an 07 Nomad. the dealer has replaced my turn signal lenses twice. There seems to be a problem with the mounting tab breaking off. Kawasaki says I'm the only complaint. even the after market lenses from Kuryakyn broke the same way. It is driving me nuts ! I think this is a design issue. Is there anyone out there that has had this happen to them ?

Is it just the rear lenses? If so you might have to do the mod to the bracket to stop them from shaking so badly.

Thanks for the response from everybody. If anyone is willing, take off one of your lenses (front or back) and see if there might be a fatigue crack starting at the little mounting tab. If this continues I'll have to put on new L.e.d.'s. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome !

I just recently had my rear lenses off (Last weekend) while installing the Electrical Connections Turn/Brake LED adapter. There were no cracks that I saw.

They are made to fit TIGHT! Have to be real slow and deliberate when taking off and reinstalling them. I broke one when I was replacing the rear ones with aftermarket clear ones. Those tabs are easy broken.

Have had no problems with mine, OEM's or the clear replacements, when you tighten them up, just snug the screw, not torque it down.
