Ok, where you browse for the picture, look at the upper right-hand corner and there is a clickable link to add your signature picture.

You can click on the browse and my pictures are in my documents. Then just click the picture you want and click upload. Should work.

In the user cp where you edit the signature you can see how it looks without posting test messages.

You are not an idiot... there is a link that you have to click on that is "yellow" in color which is damned near impossible to see.

You will find the link just to the right of the picture that should show after you uploaded it. If you do not click on this link the picture will not show in your signature although it still appears on the add a sig-pic.

A lot of us had a terrible time seeing this link because of the color -- even though it is right there in front of your eyes. We hoped the Admin would change the color to something more visible; however that hasn't happened.

Must be worse for certain screens, because it's very visible for me. And it's not exactly something that's easily changed without everything else getting changed too.

Like said earlier, you don't have to make new posts to see your avatar...just look at any of your posts.

I'll shut this down now since you got it working.
