You could always just do this mod yourself. Duf posted pictures with instructions to do this mod for cheap. It's title is "DIY Throttle Mod" and is posted about 2 or 3 posts under this one.

Harley TBW doesn't have throttle cables. They have an electronic throttle control.

No, with HD, the TBW can be tuned if I recall someone from the Delphi vulcan board telling me that. This company makes a tuner for the HD: http://mastertune.net . No such luck with Kawasaki. May be Scott can elucidate.

I doubt any of those people bought it. For those that did not know about it, or did know about and chose to buy it anyway, who cares. It does not apear that anyone is unhappy with the mod.

I knew about the mod, I had one one on a Rickman Bonnevile in the 70s, and still bought one from Ray. I personally think he charges too much for what it is, but that is my choice.
Personally, I had no problem sending RACNRAY $60 for his mod. That's probably less than an hour's shop rate. I know it would take me much more than an hour to fabricate my own, and I know his would work without me having to tinker with it.

All of the information and advice he gives on this and other forums, he receives no compensation for, nor asks any for, just like the rest of us, yet he is willing to pass on his knowledge and experience, that far exceeds most of ours, for our benefit. I have heard of many calling him for advice and have never heard any of them say he was anything but helpful and accommodating.

Hello all! I'm new here, just got my 2012 Voyager and already have 700 miles in after three weeks. I love this bike and I am doing some mods to fine tune it to my liking. I will do Ray's throttle mod for quicker more refined response, but I am interested in the relocation of the air sensor from the air box to the neck area? Is there a link to a post I could have please?
I already have the K&N air filter, my Cobra slip ons come in this week so I really am just trying to do things I feel are needed for my own taste...which is just a little better performance, sound and style. I also ride a 2006 Anniversary edition R1, so when I have the need for real power and speed, I just take old Bumblebee out for a ride...Vulcan Vella is for that cruising spirit and to relax and just ride and lose myself in my bike and this wonderful country of ours. HAPPY VETERANS DAY!! To all those vets here. I am proud to have served and fought by your side to preserve the American way!

Dont relocate the ATS on the stock bike. I did it to my 2011 Nomad and had problems being to rich especialy in high altitude. Bike had no power to climb hills. I also have a K&N filter. Also droped 4 mpg and got only 27 mpg in the black hills of SD.
