My Nomad, purchased in May of '05, is just short of 56,000.

Taking it back in today for the continuing coolant leak/water pump seal.

Coming into Maggie Valley I just passed 102,000 miles on the Nomad and 32,000 on the rear tire!

When you have the best one made.. it runs and runs and runs.......

How many miles on YOUR bike

Just turned over 47,000 miles last week on my '07. I really like the beast and it seems to run as well as ever. I forsee several more years with many happy miles since I have no desire right now to have anything different. There are lots of great bikes around but nothing that really makes me twitch compared to what I have.

How many miles on YOUR bike

I bought my 2005 Nomad in April 2007 with 19,000 miles and it now has 93,000 miles. Hey Wompus, what rear tire are you running?

How many miles on YOUR bike

My 99 Nomad had 63,000 when I sold it a year ago. Bought a new 09 1700 Nomad in May of 2010 that now has 6500 miles on the clock. I liked the 09 MUCH better. Can't get used to this 1700. Murf

How many miles on YOUR bike

I bought my bike new in 1999..
The only thing I've done to it was, Judges gear, fuel pump, and Meanstreak clutch spring, and a new drive shaft.
Still has the original clutch system in it!

How many miles on YOUR bike

My wife took this a little ways south of Sarasota a couple weeks ago:

Mileage today is about 51,500 on my trusty '07. The only problems the bike has had was the fuel pump going out last summer which was a $100 fix thanks to eBay and the clutch rod seal leak which was an easy fix thanks to CJ and KawaNOW advice. Original clutch and springs still very solid and I have no regrets about the purchase of this bike. Different people like different things, but I like a big heavy reasonably priced comfortable reliable easy to work on inexpensive to maintain bike with lots of storage and top notch passenger comfort on long vacation trips. Nomad. :)
