It must be good CJ. They are quite proud of their product. By the time you buy the base coat, color, and clear you will spend a few hundred if you only go with a single color and not two tone.

terrebonne....I took one of my bags off and brought it to an automotive paint store here locally. It helped that one of the guys built and rides his chopper everyday and he was interested in my trike kit. They did a great job with the matching of my blue and silver. It's perfect and less than 1/2 the price. The 2K clear is a bit pricey, but turns out a good quality product. I'd do it again in a heart beat!

This ad on ebay says it's a Harley trunk..but it's just painted that way. It is Red and silver and is still very low priced.

I almost bid on that too. I think that shape and style would look pretty good on a nomad.

I shipped off the Venture trunk today and when I got the empty box off my storage unit to pack it up, I found it already had a Trunk still in it!

I guess I've had 4 of them. So I have another one with no backrest, no rack, and no latch or key.

As a stripper, I'd let it go cheap, but shipping on the last one was $43.00

Gees Dan with all these forgotten parts you would think maybe you had another engine laying around so you won't have to wait another month to get yours back from the dealer.

If you had video of my face it would have been fun to see the shock.

I remember shipping off the last trunk, then had the one I was using on the bike. That was all I had in my mind. So it was complete shock when I opened my "empty" box and there was a trunk in it.

Another thing I forgot, this was my second place trunk. I now remember stealing the brown backrest off it and having it recovered for the one I just sold to rhunt. The one I sold to rhunt was my first place one. It was in the best condition and had the top rack, but no backrest, till I stole it off the second place one.

After fabricating a rack to mount it, buying four different ones off ebay (each time thinking it was "the one") recovering the backrest pad.....my wife decided she was done riding. Therefore I didn't need a trunk anymore.

BTW OP, picking one of for $19, what a score!
