Mods please move if I put this in the wrong place.

I just want to share the good service I have received from Scootworks.com.

Ordered Phat II risers and a Vista cruise.
They had good prices, if not the best.

One of the items was on backorder so they sent me an alternate offer at a discount.

When I replied with a counter proposal, the called me at the day number I provided to clarify instead of playing email tag.

Then the order was shipped that same day.

I thought they gave the extra effort to make sure the order was correct and to my satisfaction as well as ship quickly.

That's great. Let me guess...the Phat II risers were backordered? They've been known to run out of them from time to time. Sounds like they made things right with you, though.

This is vendor-related and I expect it will be moved to the appropriate forum when Trip comes along.

I'll second that.
I ordered Phat II rieres in chrome and didn't hear from them for 2 days. When I emailed them they said the chrome were out of stock. Would I like to upgrade to the chrome with flames for the same price. Well yeah I would. they were sent the same day. Haven't recieved then yet, it has only been two days since sent.

I tried to get free shipping thrown in but that didn't quite work out. :)
