What tire manufacture/size are you considering?

I've not decided yet. Any recommendations??? I've been looking through some old posts. I notice two or three different sizes shown. Do you know which one fits best with the least change to the speedo???

Almost time to retire

Welcome Phil from the Sportsman's Paradise state. I'm not in need of tires as of yet with 6,000 miles. Looking at the tires it seems like they have plenty of miles left on them. I've done alot of research and have made my mind up on the Avon Cobras unless I start reading some bad reviews. We have an independant MC accessory and service shop in Houma, LA. The guy is a retired motorcycle racer and services bikes with utmost precision. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for his services and you can trust his work. He stays very busy and doesn't have any young guys working in his shop. The youngest mechanic is in his late thirties and all have been in the racing business for years. He mounted and balanced front and rear Dunlops on my son's Shadow and serviced the swingarm for a little over $400.

The dealer in vonor tn charged me 315. Just for the rear with an elit 3 So I would think 400 for both would be a good price

Almost time to retire

Just put and Elite3 on mine less than 500 miles ago....my 880 rear got only 7000+- on it...I was disappointed....the tire rode and handled good, just wore really bad.
