Need feedback on these cruise control if you have actually used them.
1. breakaway-the most $$
2. flip-a-lever $55
3. Vista cruise-$34

the #2 looks really simple(one screw holds it in place) I know #1 is best but I assume it will fit over Iso with some soap?
thx guys.

Doc, I have the Vista-cruise. It good for what it does. Which is locking the throttle in a steady position. Good on long trips if your on interstate and need to flex your arms or scratch somewhere with your right arm you keep the same speed when you let go of throttle.

A true cruise control if really expensive

Thx Scoot, I was not talking about a crise control per se but the throttle lockers as you have mentioned. My bro installed the Vista Cruiser over Iso grips and had a little trouble, did yours fit w/o modifying??

Thx men: I thought that flip a lever looked long. I might go with the breakaway if I can find it on sale someplace.

I have a Vista Cruise with the Kury iso grips. A riding buddy used a dremel tool and lightly reamed out the inner part of the plastic ring and it fit nicely on the grip after that. It looks great and works well.

Ditto.

I have the Kury Flamed grips and Vista Cruise. I had to use an exacto to shave away some the the rubber but it wasn't that bad.

I was thinking of installing the Audiovox cruise control, then its a real cruise control, good on hills and grades. there are detailed instructions on Gadgets site, seems like a good winter project for about a $100.00 Does anyone have one on their bike?

I have the Flip-a-Lever and like it. It's simple and easy
to install and use. Plus I like the fact that you hardly
notice it's there. Notice the pic.
Ride safe,
Dano
