Had a fun day with Canuckrider & Leadbelly at the Calgary Bike show. Found out I need a lot more practice on my fast motion shots. They had the Evolution of Extreme Stunt Riders with the MX Freestyle Champs & Team Empire. Good chance to sit down between looking at a lot of nice rides. Too many folks around the Kawasakis to get a decent shot.

Remember, I just got my 1st camera a week ago... but here's a couple of pics o' Grace I took in the yard today... I'm itching to take one of those looooong (warmer weather) rides and find a few more interesting shots!

These uploads don't look nearly as good as the larger files. Messing with low ISO and a fixed focus point. So rookie, am I, but improve I will.

those are a nice start. nice thing about digital, you can take all the photos you want for free. I took 1200 shots last night at a arenacross and was just at the limit of my lenses abilities, I ended up keeping 20. but now I have a good feel for what the lens can do in that situation.
