Thanks for posting this Kris. It is pure BS that our government does this kind of thing. It's obvious that these programs are put together by politicians who don't have a clue about how financial markets really work and were just trying to use the governments "unlimited financial resources" to solve a problem.

By the way Kris, I was bumping your Karma up every day there for a while and had you into double digit positive territory but you have a real enemy here somewhere and you are negative again.
